As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist I use an evidence-based approach to help manage your migraine. As someone who lives with chronic migraine myself, I truly do understand the barriers you can face and difficulties migraine can bring.

I offer one on one coaching for people living with migraine. This is the perfect way to start a regular exercise routine that is tailor-made for you! I’m so excited to be able to offer this after years of working with people in person. We can work together wherever you are in Australia, in a flexible and accessible way.

If you live somewhere else in the world, I am working hard to get things in place to be able to help you with virtual exercise coaching as soon as I can. Please join my email list to be the first to hear when doors are open, and also for details of my first comprehensive course launching mid-2026!

  • Initial sessions are $180 AUD. This includes a 50min telehealth consultation to go over a thorough review of your history, goals and concerns. We will wrap up with a simple exercise plan to get you started, and a follow up email one week later to see how you are going.

  • 30 mins telehealth for $95 AUD. Exercise plan review and support chat via telehealth. Includes a subsequent follow-up email one week later to see how you are going.

  • Starting in April 2026, this asynchronous coaching package will give you my close support for 3 months! We will start with an initial chat, then 2 more telehealth sessions over 3 months. You will have a new exercise program each month and online chat in between sessions. Exact details TBC, email me with any questions.

  • If you have a chronic health plan from your GP you may be eligible for Medicare benefits. Alternatively these sessions will be claimable via private health insurance.
